How To Download Free Books Of Mathematics And Statistics?

I’m looking for some books on Mathematics and Statistics. But every link wants me to pay for this. I’m wondering can I download any book for free? Like I download any mp3 or movies using torrents.
Can anyone please help me downloading books, which will cost me nothing? And please if possible, then say me in detail.

NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training of India) has placed on the internet all the text-books of all subjects from Std. 1 to std. 12 which can be downloaded for free. These are excellent books. The first link takes to to the site of NCERT from where you can download entire text-book of mathematics of any std.
